How can Cremin Concierge Services help me?

CCS helps its participants by providing services at your fingertips! Instead of having to make arrangements yourself, or run around during your precious free time doing errands, you can simply access our web site (creminconcierge.com), send us a fax (508-393-5068) or give us a call, toll-free (866-345-3364) for all your requests. Then sit back, relax and be assured that CCS will take care of your tasks to your utmost satisfaction.

What can CCS actually do??

The sky is the limit! No task is too small or too large, and we like to say that if you can come up with the request, we can fulfill it (assuming that it is not illegal or unethical!!) A comprehensive sample of our offerings can be viewed on our web site, and we invite you to review it at your leisure. CCS is bonded and fully insured.

How much will this cost me?

You pay only for the cost of the goods and services you request, along with any applicable taxes, delivery fees, etc. CCS accepts MasterCard and Visa, and all services are prepaid. You will also have the option of creating an individual concierge account, whereby you deposit money in advance of services, and services are deducted as used.

What if I need you to run my errands?

Services such as errands, shopping, house sitting, etc. will be billed at $35.00/hour with a 1-hour minimum. 24-hour notice is politely requested for these types of service.

Are there any limits to my access to Cremin Concierge?

Access to CCS is available 24/7, from work, home, your car, etc. as long as you have a phone or access to the Internet. Should you need to reach us personally, our normal business hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday – Friday, or by appointment.

Do you have any suggestions on how to use your services?

Our only suggestion is that you use us as often as you like! We are here to make your life easier, and we truly enjoy taking care of your requests. Whether the task is a boring errand or an exciting, one-of-a-kind challenge, we are pleased to provide the solution.
